GP Practice Access & Care Navigation Lead

NHS is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the implementation of modern general practice at our Pudsey site. The post holder will optimize patient journeys and ensure the surgery complies with the new GP contract. Responsibilities include managing reception staff, training, and suggesting service improvements.

With a patient base of approximately 20,000 across three sites, we value care navigation and effective triage systems. The role also requires covering other sites as necessary. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £31,500 depending on experience.
