School Cleaner – Benefits

• The pay rate is between £12.71 – £14.80 per hour
• Weekly pay
• The hours are Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm
• Holiday pay is included.

School Cleaner – Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment for our students and staff. Duties include general cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.

School Cleaner – Duties

• Sweeping, mopping, hoovering and polishing the floors
• Wiping, dusting and polishing of surfaces
• Emptying and removing rubbish
• Ensuring that the cleaning equipment is stored away in the appropriate place
• Cleaning toilet area
• Deep cleaning
• Moving table and chairs

School Cleaner – Requirements

• Must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Previous cleaning experience essential
• A good eye for detail and a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of COSHH
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
