About Church Road
Church Road recently opened in Ferndown. We provide accommodation and support for up to 8 adults with Acquired Brain Injuries or Neurological Conditions. We work closely with people placed on rehabilitation‑focused placements supported by neuro therapists, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy and neuro psychology to aid recovery.
Our multidisciplinary team conducts a thorough assessment before any admission, working closely with the individual, their family, carers and other health‑care professionals to identify goals and aspirations and create a tailored support plan.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of care and support for service users in line with care and support plans
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and in working with care plans
- Liaise with health professionals and their families
- Complete supervisions and audits
- Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute positively to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
