Senior Site Manager – Tier 1 Contractor, Aberdeenshire

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure works progress in line with programme milestones.
• Uphold the highest levels of safety and quality.
• Resolve onsite challenges and liaise with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate reporting for the wider project management team.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large‑scale new‑build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, technical drawings, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with subcontractors, the client, and internal teams.
• Proactive approach to health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
