A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Real Estate team in the Thames Valley Area.
The team advises a broad range of clients including high‑net‑worth individuals, landed estates, investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers across a variety of commercial property matters.
The successful candidate will work on:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment and development transactions
- Asset management work
Candidates from 3+ PQE will be considered, with the role offering exposure to high‑quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial property/real estate matters gained at a recognised law firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- A commercial and proactive approach
