Locum Private Client Solicitor

Private Client Solicitor (locum position), 4+ PQE, Essex, £excellent. An opportunity is available for a Private Client Locum to support a well established Essex practice during the peak summer months.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of wills
• Handling applications for grants of representation and full estate administration
• Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
• Managing Court of Protection applications
• Conducting matters on behalf of clients
• Managing support staff
• Overseeing the financial management of client files, including collection of monies on account and billing
• Contributing to the development and expansion of the department

Qualifications

• Solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE and experience with the full remit of private client matters
• Ability to hit the ground running with cases at various stages, ensuring good progress and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs
