Role
- Integral Partner in growing the commercial property practice in Manchester
- Driving business development and originating new client relationships
- Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters
- Acting for local clients alongside major national and international organisations
- Working collaboratively with partners across the UK and global offices
- Developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
- Playing an active role in office strategy and wider firm initiatives

- Established Commercial Property Solicitor / Partner, and Senior Legal Director
- Strong track record in business development and client origination
- Well connected and commercially aware, with the ability to grow a practice
- Experience advising on complex commercial property matters
