R&A Consultants Ltd is looking for a Construction Director (Build) to oversee a major project in Norfolk. This permanent position offers a salary of £125,000 plus a £7,000 car allowance and bonus. The successful candidate will lead site delivery, oversee procurement activities, and ensure the highest safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior roles for large-scale projects valued £150m+, with strong leadership skills and industry qualifications.
