Associate or Senior Associate MEP Surveyor – Birmingham
Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 per year; Car allowance included. Hybrid working options available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver MEP cost consultancy services across a range of public sector and FM projects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee project finances and ensure commercial success.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Support business development and contribute to regional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Surveyor or in a similar surveying role with a strong M&E focus.
- Track record of delivering projects in the Government, Healthcare, or FM sectors.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central region.
- For Senior Associate level: Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) is essential.
