Cross Keys Homes in Peterborough is seeking a Scheme Manager for a fixed term maternity cover in the Retirement Housing Team. You will deliver a proactive service to tenants, encouraging their involvement in social activities and facilitating partnerships with external agencies to enhance tenant welfare.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with vulnerable adults, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the needs of older people. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work is required.
