Retirement Scheme Manager – Safety & Resident Care

Stonewater is seeking a proactive Scheme Manager for their retirement living scheme in Leominster. You’ll support the Delivery Manager and ensure residents feel safe and empowered.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housing or customer-facing roles, strong IT skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will perform safety checks and manage risks to maintain residents’ wellbeing. A satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required.
