Founded in Manchester, our growing M&E contractor offers an exciting role for a Pre Construction Manager to drive project delivery, work with national clients and contribute to the company’s growth through performance‑based bonuses.
The Role
- Meet clients, produce drawings, provide solutions and present specifications for current and future projects.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to prepare tenders and submissions, taking projects through to conception.
- Travel across the UK to maintain and build relationships at existing and new sites.
Requirements
- Experience estimating fit‑out projects and/or commercial builds specific to mechanical and/or electrical packages.
- Ability to produce drawings from scratch and offer technical solutions.
- Valid driving licence.
