FE/HE Manager: Post-16 Growth & Quality Lead

Active Herefordshire & Worcestershire is looking for an FE/HE Manager to lead and develop our 16+ Education Offer. This role involves strategic leadership, overseeing Post-16 education and sports programmes, and directly supporting tutors and learners.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Post-16 education, strong knowledge of BTEC qualifications, and excellent leadership skills. A degree in Sport or Education and a recognised teaching qualification are essential.

The position offers a starting salary of £30,000+ and a full-time permanent contract.
