Traveling Superintendent – Nationwide
An established general contractor is seeking Traveling Construction Superintendents to manage retail projects across the nation. Hiring immediately with start dates before the end of the year. This role pays all year round and offers steady work with strong support for travel.
Position Details:
Nationwide Projects
- Project Types: Retail and grocery – both remodels and new builds
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership at a commercial general contractor
- Proven background in commercial projects, preferably retail
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity
- Willingness to travel full-time
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: (flexible based on experience)
- Truck Allowance: $700 a moth plus gas card
- Per Diem & Housing: Lump sum for housing and lodging
- Travel Home Policy: Once every 3 weeks – Flight or mileage reimbursement
- Full Benefits and Retirement planning: Eligible beginning the 1st of the month after hire
