An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager / Employers Agent to join a growing construction consultancy due to increased workload and continued expansion of Employer s Agent and Project Management services.

Working on projects from inception through to completion. Current schemes range from small infill developments to large scale sites of 550+ homes, commercial and new build with some refurbishment works.

The Role

You will be a proactive and highly organised professional, focused on delivering an excellent service and building strong working relationships with both clients and contractors.

About You

• Have a strong understanding of the design and build construction process
• Demonstrate experience delivering mixed tenure and mixed use developments
• Possess strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction costs and values
• Show the potential and ambition to develop into a senior or leadership role
