About the Role
To be a successful Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. You will provide a hands‑on approach to operational activities and create a supportive, motivating environment for your team.
- Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
- Work alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed.
- Create an atmosphere that encourages support, motivation and inspiration.
- Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
- Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
About You

- A team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, and can adapt quickly to change.
- A great communicator capable of working with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.

- Confident in dealing with people issues.
- An effective multitasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
- Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
