About the Role

To be a successful Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. You will provide a hands‑on approach to operational activities and create a supportive, motivating environment for your team.

  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
  • Work alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that encourages support, motivation and inspiration.
  • Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.

About You

  • A great communicator capable of working with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.

  • Confident in dealing with people issues.
  • An effective multitasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
  • Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
