Job Summary
Support a global food and beverage organization as a Dynamics 365 (F&O) Support Analyst. The role focuses on delivering and maintaining D365 services, providing technical support, and assisting with configuration and implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations services.
- Provide technical support for end users and system stakeholders.
- Configure and implement Dynamics F&O, maintaining business rules and configurations.
- Create functional and technical documentation to improve projects, configuration changes, data migrations, and system integrations.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O applications.
- Strong understanding of business rules and business configuration within D365.
- Ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation.
Benefits
Initial 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
Salary up to £55,000 plus benefits. The role is hybrid with the candidate required to work in the Liverpool office twice a week.
