Data Analyst

Based at Raynesway, Derby, this role focuses on using data to assess performance levels, support service delivery to retailers, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and use performance data to promote continuous improvement across teams.
• Source, collect and extract accurate data, working with the business to enhance data sharing.
• Collaborate on specific projects or day‑to‑day improvement ideas as part of a team.
• Report performance data for the metering field force to ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
• Support the Metering Operations Manager and Field Manager identifying gaps in reporting and developing new measures.
• Gather data and produce reports on meter reading schedules, customer service visits and services, collaborating with leaders and planners to improve reporting.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Customer service skills to provide the best service possible.
• Experience producing reports using large datasets.
• Proficiency in IT software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
