We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse ideally with experience in Plastic Surgery or other relevant wound care setting. You must have recent NHS experience. This is a challenging but rewarding role, therefore you need to be enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop yourself. You will be joining a large, dedicated multi-disciplinary team who are devoted to improving patient outcomes in this specialism.

Person specification
Qualifications
- UK fully registered NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Diploma in Nursing
- Evidence of Level 6 Study
Knowledge
- Knowledge of current nursing issues
- Knowledge of clinical governance
- Evidence of IT/ Word Processing skills
- knowledge of wound care including the use of TNP and Pico
- must have relevant NHS experience
- Knowledge of Plastic Surgery
Training & Experience
- Experience of working on own and as part of a team
- Ability to supervise and support junior staff
- Evidence of teaching and assessing skills/ability
- Awareness of clinical audit
- Experience in wound care in other relevant setting
- Evidence of undertaking a mentor/preceptor role
- Experience in Plastic Surgery nursing
- Experience in outpatient settings
