Role Description
This is a ad-hoc, on-site role located in Berkshire Sunningdale – for a Security Officer. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting different areas of the estate and access points, and managing security protocols. Duties include performing routine checks, addressing security incidents, liaising with clients and visitors, maintaining clear incident reports, doorman and front of house presence, valet parking, luggage porterage and guest transportation around the estate and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and situational awareness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and reporting incidents.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and security equipment, such as CCTV and alarm systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Previous experience in security services or a related field is a plus.
