Nursery Team Leader – Winnersh, United Kingdom – Salary up to £33,530 with a £1,000 new starter bonus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery.
- Assist in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.
Qualifications
- A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above.
- Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework.
- Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation.
- To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid.

About Toad Hall Nursery
Our spacious, purpose‑built nursery is located in the heart of the Winnersh business park with excellent access to the M4 and a short walk from the train station. Inside, our bright, airy rooms feature free‑flow access to outdoor gardens where each age group has its own allocated garden space. Our newly renovated garden space provides a wonderful environment for sensory and exploratory play.
