  • Lead and negotiate high‑value commercial terms, complex rights usage agreements, and master service contracts while protecting agency health.
  • Build and scale platform‑specific shooting guides and content principles that ensure creator assets remain fiercely authentic while building massive brand equity.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional leads in Creative, Strategy, Project Management, and Media to establish integrated campaign frameworks and virtual labs for product presentations.
  • Champion and elevate the output of junior talent across the team, providing active mentorship, coaching, and a positive team atmosphere built on empathy.
  • Drive growth by proactively identifying client business gaps and selling through incremental influencer activations that yield clear performance outcomes.
  • Act as the primary strategic voice and escalation point for senior clients, presenting polished, high‑standard recommendations that inspire absolute confidence.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members in complex, cross‑functional environments.
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to command senior stakeholder rooms.
  • Bonus: If you are a creator or KOL yourself with hands‑on production or community management experience.
