Responsibilities
- Being a point of contact for Bassetts commercial customers regarding quotations and tenders
- Providing estimating support function for the sales team and customers
- Working closely with suppliers to obtain contract support and keep up-to-date with new products and price increases
- Assisting with correct pricing, contract support and prioritising workload
- Receiving pricing / tender enquiries from customers and the sales team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the plumbing & heating merchant industry
- Able to demonstrate an understanding and passion for excellence in customer service
- IT, numeracy, and analytical skills required
- Driving licence is beneficial
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm.
