As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional and welcoming. You’ll be primarily based at Oaks Park High School while providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks including Legionella testing
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building fabric systems
- Performing minor installation works, refurbishment and system adjustments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities
- Participating in a 1-in-3 week on‑call rota to provide essential emergency support
Qualifications
- Solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition)
- Passion for delivering excellent service with attention to detail
- Enjoyment of working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Comfort with digital systems for maintenance management
- Take pride in creating safe, well‑maintained environments for others
