Sunseeker International in Poole is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join the Production & Operational Excellence engineering team. The role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one. Responsibilities include understanding KPIs and design processes, supporting new manufacturing techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
