Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Manufacturing)

Location: Bradford

Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 plus overtime opportunities with a 3‑shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, inspecting, and servicing a range of heavy industrial machinery.
• Working alongside a team of engineers and overseeing mechanical operations.
• Managing and prioritising workload, balancing planned and reactive work.
• Operating equipment used to build, package, and cut bespoke products on a duty‑cycle shift pattern (6 am‑2:30 pm, 8 am‑4:30 pm, 1:30 pm‑10 pm) that rotates weekly.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background, preferably with experience in maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Capable of working in a 3‑shift environment.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
