Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team on a large commercial project. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing contractor delivering high quality mechanical installations on a fast-paced and prestigious development.

Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day mechanical installation works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising mechanical subcontractors and site labour
• Coordinating mechanical works with other trades and site management teams
• Monitoring quality, progress, and health & safety compliance
• Attending site meetings and reporting progress to project management
• Managing materials, deliveries, and workforce allocation
• Supporting commissioning and project handover activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services installations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Valid CSCS card
