Junior IT & AV Support Engineer for Collaboration Tech

Lorien is seeking a Junior IT / AV Service Engineer in London. This is a permanent position providing remote support for AV and IT issues, focusing on collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT support or AV support and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Training for AV collaboration technologies will be provided. Opportunities are available across Basingstoke & Sunbury sites.
