Mechanical Project Supervisor CAT B (790954) – Birmingham, England

Working for a mechanical contractor that designs, delivers and maintains systems including Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Water, Drainage, BMS, Medical, Gases, Fit‑out and Sprinklers.

Initial project: a high‑profile client in central Birmingham, running until August, managing the installation of heating, chilled water, ventilation and sprinkler system for a corporate business in a brand‑new building. Most contracts are Midlands based.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activity briefings with own staff and client staff.
• Oversee progress and audit quality of work.

Qualifications

• Preference for a heating and ventilation background.
• Strong mechanical background required.
• Gold supervisor card.
• SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification.

Desired prior experience in mechanical contracting projects is preferred.
