A leading food manufacturer based in Kent is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team.

This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced production environment, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure machine performance and minimise downtime.

Key Duties

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Reactive breakdown maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Working on production and processing equipment
• Supporting efficient production operations

Requirements

• Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or food production
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Electrical qualifications advantageous
• Proactive and reliable approach to work
