Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Foot Mobile PPM Maintenance Engineer in London (Zone 1 & 2) to join our Operations team. This role offers a competitive salary range of £36,500 – £46,000, dependent on experience, plus travel allowances.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance, and collaborating closely with Maintenance Specialists. Qualifications include the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, City & Guilds PAT Testing, and experience in fire safety.
