Analyst – Strategic Program Management (SPM) Practice, London (Early Careers Program)
Responsibilities
- Develop deliverables for client projects using Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and written reports.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Contribute to business development opportunities and proposal development.
- Support cross‑disciplinary collaboration and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with Project Coordination/Management, Business Analytics, Change Management, Technology Implementation, Business Strategy, Customer Experience, or related consulting skills.
- Strong time management, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow a structured approach to analyze and synthesize complex problems into simple components.
- Resilience and flexibility in a fast‑paced, project‑based consulting environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and ingenuity to activate on projects across various industry sectors and client business models.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Emotional intelligence to read a room, adapt to varied communication styles, and build consensus and credibility.
