  • Salary: £26,000–£34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
  • Contract: Permanent and Full Time
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction

About the role

Reed Norwich seeks a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our highest‑performing team. You will take ownership of an established Accountancy desk, specialising in placing part‑qualified accountancy professionals into permanent roles across Norwich and the surrounding areas. This is a sales‑focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long‑term relationships with clients and connecting them with top‑tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with employers.
  • Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
