Are you a Residential Property Solicitor looking for more than just another conveyancing role?
A well‑established and highly regarded local law firm specialising in property law, proudly serving clients across Surrey, Teddington, East Molesey and South West London are looking for a PWE Residential Property Solicitor to join them.
As the Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client care at every stage of the transaction.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New‑build transactions
- Lease extensions and related property matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has approximately 2–5 years’ post‑qualified experience in residential property law
- Possesses strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Communicates clearly, confidently and without unnecessary legal jargon
- Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Shares our values of honesty, integrity and exceptional client service
- Is seeking a long‑term role within a respected and community‑focused firm
A connection to Surrey or South West London would be welcomed but is not essential.
