  • Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of category, brand, and commercial levers.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Confidence influencing and communicating with senior leadership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in complex organisations.
