Job Summary

We are hiring for our client, a well‑established and rapidly growing insurance brokerage, seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager / Branch Manager to lead their operations in Northern Ireland. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the regional team, driving operational efficiency and growth across the Northern Ireland branch
  • Deliver strong leadership, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting staff development
  • Oversee delivery of insurance solutions for personal and commercial clients, ensuring service excellence
  • Develop and execute regional business plans in line with company strategy and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, ensuring favourable terms and service agreements
  • Manage branch operations and reporting, including compliance, productivity, and performance metrics
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior management, contributing to group‑wide initiatives
  • Optimise system usage and process improvement across the branch to drive operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within the insurance sector
  • Strong operational background with systems knowledge and a hands‑on leadership approach
  • Solid experience liaising with insurers and a deep understanding of brokerage dynamics
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of the Northern Ireland insurance market desirable but not essential
