A well-established and fast-growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join its HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your new role

As Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of roles, from back office functions to factory / production hiring. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce demands are met efficiently while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from CV sifting to onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and direct channels
  • Conducting interviews and supporting selection decisions
  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and seasonal hiring
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Supporting offer management and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across a range of roles
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Salary up to £35,000
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
