Company: Amazon
Apply for the Sr. Sales Ops Manager, EU, Amazon Shipping
Location: London
Job Description:

Job ID: 10436366 | Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) – D67

Amazon Shipping is building Europe’s next‑generation logistics network for external shippers, scaling rapidly across the UK, Italy, Spain, and France. We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive commercial excellence across our EU business, owning a critical workstream within a newly scaled Sales Ops function.

This is a high‑ownership individual contributor role. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution, partnering with BD leaders across four geographies, Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance to turn commercial priorities into measurable outcomes. Depending on business need, your focus area will be one of: commercial enablement and onboarding, sales acceleration and campaign execution, reporting and analytics, or tooling and process improvement.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own a defined vertical within EU Sales Operations end‑to‑end, setting the roadmap, defining success metrics, and delivering against quarterly goals
  • Partner with commercial leaders across UK, IT, ES and FR to translate strategic priorities into operational execution plans with clear KPIs
  • Design and improve scalable cross‑functional processes that reduce friction, increase commercial velocity and support profitable growth
  • Work with CRM, tooling and data teams to build and maintain the operational infrastructure that underpins commercial execution
  • Drive cross‑geo standardisation where it creates leverage, adapting for local market requirements where necessary
  • Own and report on performance metrics for your vertical, surfacing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Finance and Marketing to ensure commercial readiness and alignment
  • Partner with US Sales Ops to align on WW standards and share best practices

A day in the life

You spend time between strategic planning (defining what needs to happen this quarter to hit commercial targets), process design (building scalable frameworks that the BD org can rely on) and operational delivery (unblocking real‑time issues, coordinating across teams and executing directly). Your stakeholders include BD leaders in four countries, Account Management, Operations, Product and the US Sales Ops team. You thrive in ambiguity, operate with minimal direction and are energised by building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.

About the team

EU Sales Operations enables commercial excellence for Amazon Shipping across four European geographies. The team drives strategic planning, CRM and sales tooling, reporting and analytics, commercial process optimisation, onboarding and enablement and commercial acceleration. We value ownership, pace and pragmatism. This is an opportunity to shape a function in a high‑growth business with significant scope to define how Sales Ops operates across the EU.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or related field
  • Experience in sales operations or equivalent
  • Experience working cross‑functionally to implement and optimise workflows
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations or data entry / administration
  • Experience working with global cross‑functional teams
  • Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
  • Experience collecting, analysing and utilising data to drive process and system improvements
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end‑to‑end project management
