Junior Account Manager

Greater Leeds Area (Hybrid Working) | £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Role

This is a true 360 sales role, where you’ll manage the full lifecycle — from winning new business to growing your accounts.

You will:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Present tailored solutions to business owners and decision-makers
  • Close deals and onboard new clients
  • Develop and grow client relationships post-sale
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts

Salary Positioning

  • £30,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission – realistic first-year OTE £40,000–£45,000
  • Significant earning growth as you build your pipeline and client base
