Key Account Manager – 360 Sales Role

Greater Leeds Area (Hybrid Working) | £28,000–£30,000 Base + £8,000–£10,000 Commission

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage the full sales and account lifecycle — combining new business development with account growth.

You will:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Run discovery conversations to understand client needs
  • Present tailored business solutions
  • Close deals and onboard new clients
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise value

Salary Positioning

  • £28,000–£30,000 base salary (DOE)
  • £8,000–£10,000 realistic commission in year one
  • OTE growth as you develop your client base and sales performance
