We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Supervisor Nights to join our night shift team in a fast-paced print and production environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong machine experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and progress towards full-time supervision.

• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00
• Monday- Friday

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor Nights

• Operate machinery across print and finishing departments
• Work flexibly across different production areas, including finishing processes
• Take on chargehand responsibilities when required, supporting the wider team
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and safety
• Assist in coordinating team activities and ensuring smooth workflow
• Support supervisory tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You as a Warehouse Supervisor Nights

• Previous experience in machine operation within manufacturing or print
• Some supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
• Ability to work across multiple functions and adapt to business needs
• Strong work ethic with a proactive and responsible approach
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
