Podiatrist (Band 5)

Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in acute and community settings, including patients own home.

• Manage a wide range of podiatric pathologies including high‑risk foot, diabetes off‑loading clinics, nail surgery and rheumatology rotation.
• Enter clinical notes using OT Systems and coordinate with administration to facilitate ongoing patient care in line with departmental guidelines.
• Rotate into different specialties within podiatry and wider multidisciplinary teams and work with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Post is open to newly qualified podiatrists or undergraduates awaiting HCPC annotation.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30‑16:30, open to job share or flexible working arrangement.
