The In-house Senior Construction Lawyer will be:
- Advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documentation
- Supporting land, planning, and development teams on project delivery
- Managing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
Profile
The Senior Construction Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years’ PQE in construction law
- Experienced in non-contentious construction matters and contracts
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working autonomously within a fast-paced environment
- Ideally experienced within in-house or real estate/development sectors
Experience in Building and Construction would be great.
Job Offer
Salary up to £90k plus car allowance and benefits.
