Title: Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer. Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid).
A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its thriving claimant litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor (or equivalent) to manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
You will handle a diverse caseload of claimant personal injury claims, including RTA, Employers’ Liability and Public Liability matters across both fast track and multi track litigation. The role offers a strong level of autonomy, high quality work and excellent opportunities to further develop your litigation expertise within a respected regional practice.
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and experience managing your own claimant personal injury caseload including RTA and EL/PL claims, alongside experience progressing claims through the MOJ Portal and wider litigation process.
