Job Description:

10:00 am to 2:00 am, Monday to Sunday.

In charge of the restaurant floor and kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
Oversee the kitchen and dining area, ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece; you’ll also be involved in preparing dishes.
Act as the go‑to person for our front‑ and back‑of‑house staff.
Proactively address challenges and make quick, effective decisions to ensure seamless service.
Engage warmly with guests, helping them explore the menu, offering personalised recommendations, and answering any questions with passion.
Prepare pasta dishes that look as good as they taste.
Train new team members and keep current crew sharp with ongoing training sessions.
Manage shifts and time‑off requests to keep the restaurant fully staffed.
Handle cash and reconcile transactions with precision and honesty.
Help with budget planning and find smart ways to control costs.
Conduct regular food and health & safety checks and act if something needs fixing.
Keep the vibe positive, even during busy shifts.

Solid experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality role.
Natural leader who loves motivating and guiding a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Passion for great food and hospitality, sharing that passion with others.
Consistent and proud of delivering perfection in every task.
Collaborative mindset, supporting and motivating the team toward common goals.
Ready to grow with the business and become part of the future pipeline.
Bonus: Experience in coffee, wine, and pasta is advantageous.
