Job Description:

Frasers Group is a leading retailer across sports, premium and luxury brands. We are looking for an entry‑level payment and fraud specialist to manage Card Not Present payments, dispute resolution and fraud detection.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate potential card fraud cases, checking daily reviews of documentation and collating evidence from internal and external sources.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Identify patterns/trends in payment activity and communicate findings to the wider team.
  • Work as a team to implement best practices for the group.
  • Process Card Payment and PayPal chargebacks.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail when investigating cases.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment with exposure to fraud cases/situations.
  • Focused and fearless approach to work.
  • Capable of spotting trends and communicating effectively to the wider team.
  • Independent and team orientation, especially under high‑pressure situations.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload, conflicting priorities and track progress on multiple tasks.
  • Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and excellent work ethic.

Shift Pattern: Rota based covering between 6am‑9pm, Monday‑Sunday.
