Overview of the role
The Buildings Health division technical team seeks a candidate to lead business development and technical delivery for built environment healthcare projects across the UK and Europe. The role involves bid activity, client relationship building, and technical advisory services with a focus on decarbonisation, MEP engineering systems, and design solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own all aspects of assigned project work within the healthcare sector built environment.
- Support national core teams in technical delivery and develop/mentor staff to win projects.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines to bid and deliver technical support.
- Act as a client facing technical advisor on design and delivery matters.
- Support senior managers in commercial and contractual management of projects.
Qualifications and experience
- Lead building commissions and mentor graduate engineers.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, ambition, and excellent communication skills.
- Manage client relationships and deliver outputs for key customer relationships.
- Provide high level advice and coach junior team members.
- Track record of delivering complex projects or new services.
- Supervise the work of other professionally qualified staff.
