Overview

Recruitment Compliance & Resource Consultant – Education Sector

Salary: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum

Benefits: Exceptional bonus scheme for hitting recruitment targets – UNCAPPED

Work from Home (1 day per week)

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and clear job seekers for roles in education settings
  • Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and recruitment standards
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with consultants to meet placement targets
  • Directly assist our clients with their booking needs (after successful completion of probationary period)

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, compliance, or safeguarding (education sector preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude and resilient mindset

  • Uncapped commission structure of up to £50 per candidate worked (typical months can return £400 per month)
