About You
We’re keen to speak with people who have:
- Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Account Management
- Experience within Invoice Finance, Recruitment Finance, Payroll Funding is key
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage decision-makers
- A commercial mindset and the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Drive, ambition, and a desire to develop their career
- Experience working with recruitment businesses (advantageous)
