Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong institutional market connectivity and business development capability to support client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and long-term commercial growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with institutional market participants, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company’s international expansion efforts within the financial technology and trading infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, trading firms, and strategic partners.
- Support business development and commercial expansion initiatives across the UK, Europe, and selected international markets.
- Identify and originate new commercial opportunities through industry relationships and market engagement.
- Manage the business development lifecycle, including prospecting, relationship management, commercial discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams to support client engagement, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor market developments and industry trends relevant to trading technology and institutional market infrastructure.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the company’s long-term commercial growth objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Relevant experience in institutional sales, business development, partnership management, or related commercial roles within financial services, fintech, trading technology, or capital markets.
- Experience working with institutional clients, brokers, trading firms, fintech companies, or financial market infrastructure providers.
- Familiarity with derivatives, trading workflows, execution systems, or institutional market structure.
- Experience supporting international business development and cross-border client relationships.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Understanding of institutional trading environments, financial markets, or trading technology ecosystems.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and execution capability.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment
- Candidates should have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
